Grants Torrent ability. It enhances your water totems.
Burst
Sphere bursts on running out healing all allied targets in 100 for 7+8.5*Pwr.
Cistern
Each Water Jets tick has a 15% chance to grant Cistern.
Inundation
Flood now also heals instantly for 10+11.0*Pwr.
Drain
If the holder of Funnel stands in Flood it grants 2 stacks of Tide each tick.
Cumulation
Balance Channel also heals targets for 5% of their maximum life per tick.
Tidal Waves
If Surge hits a Water Totem it heals 20% more.
Gush
Infusion reduces the cooldown of Torrent by 1s.

Aptitude
If Cleansing Area cleanses at least 1 target, it will create a healing area.
